Oh, and I think the thing that removes the IP logging only removes it from posts, not actually stops IP logging by the board. So the ban thing should still work, coz the IP's will still be logged.

You misunderstand... the IP thing doesnt stop IP logging, it just removes the IP Logged graphic from posts for nonAdmin users. But it doesnt matter, because it isnt set up for the Babylon theme.

well, upon re-thinking things, it would definitely get abused and out of hand.  that's why i'd recommended initially the other functions to allow some granular control over permissions.

but direct upload to imageshack is much easier, i think.
