When i found this site my first post was in the for sale thread saying I'll take it!

.. people thought i was a fake commie. 

I found A-S in 1999 because my school clamped down on the chat rooms.  Then A-S shut down in 2000 and I was sad, but not enough to freak out or anything.  Then, 9 years passed and I found L-G then another couple years passed and I checked in again.  And now I'm back.  Again.

For some reason I keep forgetting how fucking hilarious y'all are.

Hmmm ... I was in my 30s when I found A-S in 1998.  It's been a long time, but it sure went by fast.  A number of my close friends have died in the interim.  I miss the old A-S.  The wild days of the net, indeed.

Which is exactly what led to the creation of L-G. A bunch of us A-S refugee camps, as it were, shut down and directed our traffic here.
