It's an interesting abandoned development. So many resources expended for nothing. But I bet at least a few made a killing on it.
Should we look at it as a failed development or as a scam?

It's interesting because of places like this nation wide regular people can't afford to renovate or expand their properties because the massive failed developments drove the price of materials through the roof.
That is a situation that poor and lower middle class will never be able to return to.

How can you build or repair anything when a sheet of cardboard costs $50.

Good thing our taxes bailed out the trillion dollar international banks that created it. 

At least we are still ahead of China with their tens of millions of brand new empty rotting apartments and ghost cities that no one there can afford to live in.

Just goes to show how enslaved the entire world is to the few international bankers and corporations.
