This is some crazy shit. I just listened to an interview with the county executive of Prince George's County. In PG the primarily demographic is black and in most areas are pretty middle class. The county exec (a black man) actually had to go on television and tell people to NOT call 911 and complain that other surrounding counties (who are primarily white) are getting better snow removal, faster power restoration, better medical response, and yes, not as much snowfall.
