Beverly Hills police Lt. Mark Rosen told reporters outside the Beverly Hilton that Houston was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. in her room on the fourth floor of the hotel. Her body remained there and Beverly Hills detectives were investigating.

Honestly I didn't expect this, I always thought she was doing pretty well. But I haven't watched any news for several years so I haven't been keeping up with the gossip.

This one, Michael Jackson, and others aren't shocking at all.

It's a celebrity that has fallen out of the spotlight.  The next time you hear a big news story about them, it's probably going to be because they died.
