I have finally mastered the art of ribs. They were delicious, tender, and juicy.

Japan is mostly crap at BBQ. Yakiniku is all good, but that's a whole new level.

They look like they have just the right amount of char on them.

Yeah the proper amount of char is critical.

Yeah, cause bringing a 55 gallon drum smoker and three kids up to Philly would be a whole lot easier than you driving a half an hour to my house!

They're not on the floor Zooms, I had to put them on the edge of the counter to get the best light for the cell phone pic.

Damnit! Now I remember what pic I was forgetting to post... The cheese!

It'll be up tomorrow. And Mello, you are not part of the cheese circle so you have no say in who is in the cheese circle.

Which by the way, is only people who have the cheese tattoo. I won't discriminate against you however, and a BBQ in June with tattooing would be great :)
