When I quit drinking and started banging junk I lost 35 pounds. Then I quit shooting up and the weight has stayed off. People ask me how I lost the weight and I say, "pilates."

which should NOT be illegal, since it only takes 3 to 4 months to Change Your Habits, whether eating, smoking, whatever "Bad Habits" you might have.
i did it ~ ate the speed instead of snorting it, 'cuz of nasal irritations. ANYway, i did it for 3 months, walked and did some exercises to target certain places,
and lost about 70 pounds,
then kept it off for the next 2 years.
