I have been watching abandoned property videos all day and OMG so many of them are in Florida.
What gives, it's not like it's Detroit.

I watched one today about a guy that bought 7 properties all on one street in Detroit for 5k on ebay, sight unseen. It was on the THE SHEA SHOW, which is a guy that lives there and has been doing a lot of videos about the area.

He was making fun of the poor sap who spent his money on those properties. But I can tell you one thing. Most of them didn't look to bad, they were all multi story multi unit buildings and properly dissembled and resold the materials alone in those buildings is worth at least ten times the investment. Just the used bricks alone in one or two would pay for the investment. And once cleared you would still own all the land!
