Since Jan 2018 We (any and every person) in California can legally grow up to 6 weed plants per person per season (regardless of size) and carry up to an oz at any time and smoke it as we please, (no smoking areas excluded) I was wondering what your laws in Florida are like?

And what is your take on this? Is it a scam to catalog producers and users or just a reaction to public opinion? We can even give it away and don't have to pay any taxes as long as they can't prove we sold it or traded it for something else of value.

I think you still can't really grow it, however, I think you can carry up to an 1/8 or a 1/4 on you ...
Last I knew, it was just fines otherwise, and at the discretion of the "arresting" party ...
