A neighbor had an inspection a few years ago but I have never been hassled at all except for the occasional thief.

Of course you are right about that, but there is not much turning in as a consideration as now every one can grow 6 plants (per person) without any legal consequences. Still the attraction to get it for nothing remains. I do still smoke but don't find it as enjoyable as when I was younger.

Maybe it has something to do with being by myself most of the time these days and not being a part of a "crew" to joke around with and get wasted with any longer.
