Resso is making some pretty serious allegations. Are we (LG as a collective or as a a website) legally liable if they turn out to be unfounded? I have no doubt that Mr XXXX would love to sue someone, anyone, for slander should he actually be innocent.

The links are anti pedophilia, as are the posts, but the first one does have a bent that could be considered slanderous, or libelous or whatever the correct term is... I'm thinking about that, and may modify it to protect the board.

OK what I see there Resso is that nudism and children seems to be a big issue for you. But children participating in unclothed activities with their families and friends does not equal pedophilia. If it did I would have been in jail 5 years ago. My 10 year old step-daughter refuses to wear clothing at home, even in the winter, and this is not behaviour that I have encouraged. Quite the opposite. But it's neither morally nor legally wrong. It's actually healthy for people to not be ashamed of their bodies (except Danzig, shame on you). If it's attracting pedophiles to HF (and I have no doubt that it is) then that's Admin's problem.
