Do it into your shirt sleeve ~
less transference, air-borne AND physical contact, between you and everything you've touched, AND between you and everything you're GOING to touch on your way to wash your hands after each sneeze/cough.
Use those anti-bacterial wipes on everything you touch, including drawer handles, light switches, door knobs, EVERYTHING.
Use either anti-bac wipes or gel stuff on your hands, frequently.
Wash your hands, for 15 seconds (sing the A-B-C song ~ that's approximately 15 secs), scrubbing between your fingers, the folds in the knuckles of your fingers, scratch the palm of one hand with the fingernails of the other, to insure THEIR cleanliness, then rinse and dry.
