Yeah it's charging. I have to see what that's going to cost. I'd just plan to roll in about the same time Mosh does and get a car. But I don't think I can be away that long, I am Rory's school transport and would have to pay someone else to do that for a week as it is. Let ya know what I can work out.

Oh, yeah, that's right.  I remember you mentioning the little one before.  :-/

It's okay, I think we'll have enough old man in Austin with just mosher!

What, just grew up in NJ then? Who am I thinking of?

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #67 on: September 13, 2009, 08:16:39 PM
couple of ideas for the 14th and 15th

Maker's Mark Distillery Tour (outside of Louisville and tours every day)

Keeneland (Lexington) has live racing on both days

We could meet up with Lucky and Lothar too if they are up for it.

That's in the middle of the week, so I'll need to ask for time off work, which I can probably swing. As for the agenda, it's Mosh's trip - what does he want to do?

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #68 on: September 13, 2009, 08:31:49 PM
Lucky, I'm happy to do whatever, I plan only arrival dates, whatever then occurs is generally decided at the time. If we can organise to hang out in Lexington or wherever, that'd be great.

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #69 on: September 13, 2009, 08:32:32 PM
Yeah it's charging. I have to see what that's going to cost.

Again, I'm happy to share the cost.

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #70 on: September 13, 2009, 08:48:18 PM
Dude, you are NOT going to cover my plane fare to Austin so I can fuck off in TX for a few days. If I can't make it work I'll see you in Jax. But nothing is cast in stone.

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #72 on: September 13, 2009, 11:37:42 PM
Don't anyone worry their pretty little head, Carolyn and I are most definitely not coming to Philly. Also, I am not crazy in the least. Slightly neurotic, but that has nothing to do with any of you.

Besides, I'll be hanging with Mosh in Japan for a week!

You do know that I'd not only stop giving you shit but I'd genuinely respect you if you'd show a little spine. No one said you couldn't come. But whatever.

Please stop making me feel like I'm getting backed into a corner, because that's when I start lashing out. And then this thread will get real ugly.

there are no corners on the internet, because it's electronic.

as in, not real.  just data stored in magnetic (and, while in memory, electronic) form.

it's kind of hard to even prove any of us are real, without some heavy-duty forensics.

...OR TO TIE THIS BACK TO THE THREAD TOPIC...
without someone coming to visit everyone in a world tour of epic proportions!!

This I have to see.

Dave is going to deliver my sorry ass to that place, whether he likes it or not.

I could become a MOSH benefactor, but the perks are a little out of my reach.

And then this thread will get real ugly.

Well, its not getting any prettier. Maybe if I sprinkled some pictures of some nice dank week or some such randomly around the thread, folks might mellow out some.

It'll get prettier if Thrash does a goatse reinactment and posts it here! C'mon Thrash!

Where in England/Spain are you going, man?

Be driving from Heathrow to Huddersfield (oustide Manchester) with a stop in Luton, then onto Dublin.

In Spain, just Madrid, on the way thru to Tennerife.

Haha the M.O.S.H. is fantastic.

Somebody here posted a photo of a "Bag man" store front years ago, and I have always wanted to go there. There is this one:

but I don't believe it is the same one as the one that was posted. The other one looked like it was in a 3rd world country or something. I need to make it to New York! 34th street

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #83 on: September 14, 2009, 11:51:48 AM
That's place is right outside of Penn Station in NYC if my memory serves me correctly.

Zooms and Mosh, what do you guys think about Boozin and BBQ at my place on the 10th? You can both crash there that night. Then, when Mosh comes back to Philly on the 16th we can hit up Philly for a raging night out on the town.

Luton, huh? That's kinda cool. I live .. uhh.. 30 minutes away? by car. I'm not entirely sure. Anyway, doesn't matter.

There's a CD store in the airport though (guessing you're flying from there), which is pretty cool. CDs are much cheaper than anywhere else I've seen, online/irl. xD

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #85 on: September 14, 2009, 05:19:52 PM
I chose to fly into Dayton because flying into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky is ridiculously expensive. Saved roughly A$300 doing that.

And I'm betting they wont try to cavity search me on the way out because I'm the only foreigner in the entire airport.

If you fly into Covington, you get a free Mountain Dew.

P.S. Lucky lives in Lexington? What the fuck?

Jenn said that maybe a trip to Lexington might be on the cards.

I think Lucky is in St Louis. 6 hours away, I'm guessing by car.

Smells like a plan. Where was that place Balor used to go, Court Tavern?

Re: Final Itinerary Reply #89 on: September 14, 2009, 05:54:27 PM
New Brunswick, NJ - neat place, but 1 hr and 30 from Philly.
