Doctors are already hamstrung in their decision making ability by private insurance companies (see above, they don't want interference from insurance companies OR government bureaucrats in decision making) and by being forced to provide defensive testing/procedures to protect themselves against lawsuits.

 Are you suggesting Bush sat on the juries of all those convicted of murder? Are you suggesting Bush was the presiding judge in those cases? Are you suggesting Bush was responsible for those murders being committed, and therefore the police seeking out suspects? Are you suggesting Bush was the arresting officer?
