You'll have to wait until tomorrow for pictorial evidence because my camera isn't behaving but we we to Yakiniku and then wandered around Kabukicho with beers, looking at weird shit and talking to illegal immigrant Ghanans.

tomorrow it's harajuku to look at the freaks in the morning and Akihabara for gagetry, maid cafes and vending machines in the afternoon.

Kyle ate picked cabages and pigs feet, then I was nice to him and ordered regular beef and chicken. I think he liked the sake, I did.

Day 2 - I finally tracked him down. Homestar ignored my advice to rent a phone at the airport and also to bring more cash so he's poor and unreachable. His bank cards wouldn't work at generic ATMs so I think he's going to a few proper banks tomorrow (Monday). We met up at about 2 and meandered up to Akihabara. Mosh probably knows more of the cool shit in Akihabara than I do but we found a few dodgy porn shops and he bought some cartoon reading material for those lonely nights. I think he also got some godzilla figurines. There was a bunch of girls in Maid costumes out and about. Then we went to the imperial palace, you can't get in but we wandered around the grounds for a while and he took some pics on his uber-camera. I didn't have my camera today because the wife is borrowing it. He rolled off at about 5: 30 because his family fly in this evening.

I think the official goal this week is to find the vending machine panties though.
