I like breaking stuff and all, but have gotten off that train as a way of dealing with negative emotions.  The woods are way better, less expensive, and never involve regret after you've calmed down.

Nope. In order to move anywhere, I would need to have a plan (and money). In order to formulate a plan, I would need to have information. In order to get information, I would need to have answers to some pretty basic questions. Questions that have gone unanswered for pushing two years now.

Can't plan shit without knowing where my girlfriend is going to be, what she'll be doing/earning there. She applies for dozens of jobs in St Louis and Chicago. Gets call backs and interviews pretty much only in Chicago. But isn't actually offered a job anywhere. Doesn't really want to live in the Midwest anymore. Can't suggest a new place or afford to travel/move anyway.
