I don't remember much either. I was a tender thirteen when I started posting, so I was dividing my time between getting drunk, failure, avoiding my parents, and warping my sense of humor via the internet. Packed sched.
I remember the name. I always though it was one of emps alters.
I think there was a brief running gag involving daddy/daughter devotion, but who knows if that's true or I only wished it was.
Reagan Youth is easily one of my all time favorite bands.
They're probably the single punk band I still listen to. The absolute apex of my life was having Paul Cripple google himself and write me a pissy email telling me "I never got it" after reading some drunken post I had written last summer. My high school friends had bullied me into seeing their "re-formed" incarnation play this suburban Jersey VFW hall, and I was the only woman there old enough to menstruate. I think I said something about a heroin glaze over late middle-aged eyes and how Dave Insurgent would kill himself all over again. Dude was pissed, said he'd be mentioning me at their next show.
That's when I knew I had made it.
