Some of these chicks who are obese do not look that fat to me.  I used to have a boss who was 5'7" 250 pounds, and I just thought she was chubby compared to my other coworkers... sheesh..

I'm overweight at 6'1 and 208, it seems. I am going to start lifting, though. I'm tired of having scrawny arms and belly fat. blegh.

scrawny arms and belly fat on a man = yuck

i like big strong arms and shoulders and a fit torso. all the better to throw me around in bed.

Yeah, I know. This is why I'm working to correct my mistake of a body.

I'm skinny but all flabby, and I still get rolled around with in the sheets...... in the long run it doesn't matter.

This and your "Fuck you and I'll kill you if you don't like it" attitude is why I completely overlook your leprosy.

Get some dumbbells and do a bunch of curls. Won't fix your belly but your arms will look a lot better.

I'm going to be working out with my radio cohort. He lost 121lbs in about eight months, though he put back on 60 of that because he got lazy. Thankfully, I'm tall so I look like I'm in shape. But once the shirt comes off, I favor a longer Casper made flesh after a steady diet of McShit food.

swimming is good, but if you haven't trained in a while you're going to get destroyed in about 7 minutes

I walked up a hill earlier and it almost killed me. I then did it two more times, walking/running a total of twenty five blocks and it wasn't hard at all towards the end....

Yeah, the first 10 mins or so is always the hardest. Once you get going properly, your body stops complaining so much.
