I'm colorblind. Besides, it seems my eyes go from blue to grey to light green at times. There isn't a set answer, but my family always just called them hazel.

Curiosity is killing me.
How many of you have the same condition that I have where sunlight (or any light actually) can cause sneezing. Especially after waking up. This is called the Photic Sneeze Reflex (or ACHOO Syndrome if you're gay like that), and it's genetic hence the post here.
Secondly, this isn't genetic but I think it has to do something with age. How many times in a row do you usually sneeze when you have to sneeze? It's often only once for me, but twice is also far from uncommon. Three times in a row is almost unheard of for me.

I never sneeze just once. it is usually 4 or more times min.
and more than ... I would say 99% of the time... there is a follow up sneeze ( just one ) about between 30 - 60 seconds later.

There was a guy in my old school who did the sneezing several times straight continuously.
He was mocked for it, but I hated the guy so I found it amusing.
I dont sneeze one straight after another, but if I'm still cold I'll sneeze soon afterwards.
Like on thursday, I was sneezing like every 5 minutes. It was horrid.
I dont have a clue about the photic sneeze reflex though.
If someone says 'Bless you' before I sneeze then I can't do it anymore.
I think this happens to most people I know though.

It's funny but I never realized I had it until a PSR-positive friend of mine told me that trick to get yourself to sneeze.
I like it when I see someone using this trick to sneeze. It's like "Hey brother! You got your brains cross-wired too? How cool are we, eh?"

Used to work every time, these days not so much. And I never, ever only sneeze once. Three or four is about usual I guess.

A couple of times now my cat has sneezed so many times in a row she passed out and fell over.
She has the rhino virus and there is no cure but most of the time she is fine. Occasional sneezing fits are her only symptom.

When the molds are high, or cedar count is above normal, I can literally sneeze one-after-another-after-another for hours unless I take Bendryl or something. I don't think I got the light sneezing though my mother and her father both have it big time.

Apparently it has to do with brain structure. If other nerves run too close to your trigeminal nerve, they can cross-stimulate it. For people with PSR, the optic nerve is overstimulated and cross-triggers the trigeminal. I imagine it like electromagnetic induction although I'm sure it's actually just a matter of chemical gradients and permeable membranes.

My mom could do that, and she also had a way of sneezing that didn't make ANY noise ~ she'd like put her finger cross-wise to her nose, and just make a tiny little sound.
Oh, and i have to re-answer the question about the hair on our fingers ~ i DO have some, but it's so light colored, that i can only see it in the sunshine.
