I have another Invision Power Board forum I created as a service to the loyal participants of a long gone message board abandoned by AOL back in 08. It's really doing quite ok right now even though it has a few fewer members than the last phpBB iteration of it had back in 09. I still hang out there quite a bit. But I would hate to lose track of all you fucks along the way.
Now I'm going to ride my bike out into a rainstorm to buy more booze. Pray for massive electron discarge, I am !

Ive been playing around working a script that will display an SMF via FB at the FB spec max width while displaying 'normal' via the forums url. No FB auth/id info is needed ie: no page asking you for 'basic info' and whatnot. The FB users could not be linked from their forum name to their FB account unless their names match... like 'Thrash' or if people dig around the FB status comments.
I KNOW you want a simple thing. The script is just a if refer = thing. I also know about separation of church and life. It's just a idea to bind the new, fb, and the old, l-g.
I think I'll rejoin FB and demo it as a-s via my home puter. I hate xmas.
