Queen Elizabeth II ceases to exist during the run of the Olympics? Would the Monarchy just say anything out of proper respect and keep her on ice until London is back to some state of normalcy or would their be absolute cramming the streets of equal parts Olympians and mourners?

Wow, that's a tough one. On the one hand, you figure they might wanna hush it up. But conspiracies are ridiculously hard to pull off, and can you imagine the outrage if/when people found out she'd died earlier than had been reported?
If my visit to England this summer taught me anything, it was that people there seem to actually give a shit about the royal family. I had figured that was mostly the much older generation, but all that jubilee crap seemed like an actual big deal to a lot of folks.
