Its such a smooth, convienent way to work out at home. I used resistance bands for a long time, then this. Seriously, you start to feel really good about your choice to move such a huge piece of equipment into your home, like, right away. I'm putting on one side of my room, so I can have my dining room back. I will admit, its a lot more work to exercise now days, and that's probably because my thyroid is barely functioning at all.
