For decades they never mentioned Tesla but had several of his devices displayed with Edison's name stuck on them. This was not an accident. So yeah the show ... gotta just take it with a grain of salt.
Maybe their "Smithsonian" is a different group because why would the actual Smithsonian care about current murders forensics and shit.

And that just reminds me of all the little "Comic Book" like hand outs we were given in school as children. They explained the power grid system alright but gave every bit of credit to Edison and there was never any mention of a "crackpot" named Tesla throughout my entire curriculum. So much for American history.
