This guy's site is pretty interesting but in this article he both shits on Bob Lazar but give his theory on what was being done at Area 51 outside of top secret jet stuff.

Me and a friend were cruising an unopened stretch of I5 and came across the decommissioned nuclear power plant "Rancho Seco" and wondered what the fuck is that so we peeled off and took a couple of back roads to get to the fence. We weren't there more than a moment when we watched security with automatic weapons pile into a truck and head our way. Ummm yep we left.

Post by: Tru on July 27, 2019, 07:35:27 PM: I've thought of that too, but the really good deals are gone as far as I know, and even if you got it for only a few thousand it would take a fortune to renovate it and keep it dry. My latest idea was to make a home from an old water tower. They are super strong and you could fill in the legs with walls and make a huge living space. Also if the tank were intact you could use a portion of it as an indoor pool! Some people have actually done it now. My idea preceded those guys by a decade or more.
But yeah, my days of dreaming are over.
