I think this is a good one sice it's 250GB ...

There's also TeraBox, that's 1TB for free ...
Catches: It's only "auto" for Android, but you can upload and still get the 1TB for PC via web ...

Anyway, I'll update this thread when I can ... I started it, but I got tired ...
