For some reason the JAX ones have the whites and the Duval the blacks ? Is there some kind of black white thing going on there ? The JAX/Duval region seems too big to be so divided.

I fookin live here and have met maybe three honest, nice cops in my life and two of them were relatives.

Lets remember that the cops didn't make the law. The rich fuckers of Miami made the law to keep the poor black, Cuban and other islanders down.
