Shouldn't graduations be a celebration for the kids and the families?  What's the point otherwise? 

Especially after you've been forced to sit through 3-4 boring, largely irrelevant speeches.

There's my answer.

The school system is full of fuckwit administrators who couldnt get jobs in the real world. So take it out on some kids who wanna blow off a little steam after years of school. You think some of that idiocy doesnt rub off on kids?
