Title: Absentee Notice

Might have to be "absent" for a couple of days, but i'm still here!  (My mom's going in the hospital tomorrow, so.

Don't have too much fun without me!!!

Hospital? Why? I remember reading some threads in politics for lunatics on this subject but never why.

This entire year, so far, i've been preoccupied and distracted by what i have come to think of as the Mama Drama.

She had a build up of fluid in her brain that had to be drained, and a shunt installed.  After the 3 mos in ICU that that took, she was released to a rehab that let her fall and get a subdural hematoma, sending her back to the hosp.  After that 3 week stay, she was released to another rehab, and i stayed with her, the whole time.  Then she went home, and my dad began to go crazy ~ throwing me out in the middle of the night, pulling guns on us, etc. ~ and driving HER crazy.

The hosp trip this time is to have a trach that never should have been put in, removed.  Because of it, she hasn't been able to talk, and i miss her...

No, that's when I started to get fat, actually that was more like 6 years old.
