anyway, my xmas eve lasagna was the shit. decided to make a twice baked lasagna, a caesar salad and garlic butter french loaf, I made fideo and chicken yesterday for dinner, today im gonna make beef and chicken tamales. tomorrow, I think chicken fried steak.

I miss the days when my woman would cook great stuff for me ...

I'm making a turkey stew, not with left overs but with half a turkey breast I bought a few days ago. I cut it in two, repackaged both halves and froze them for later. The breast piece is boiling right now. Not sure what the other ingredients are going to be yet but I have a few options. Potatoes, carrots and two types of beans are a certain. Likely have okra tomatoes and corn.  Also not sure if I will shred it or cube it. I'll wait until it's finished boiling and see what it thinks.
