Not that I agree with the sentiment, but honestly the Bush krewe will never have to answer for any of their shit.

Obama basically wrote off doing any kind of prosecuting of Bush as soon as he got into office because he knew he would want the same protection were he ever to fuck up colossally.  He just released a few sketchy memos from the era for press consumption and waved his wand and now it's basically out of the public mind.

When you can do what you want it's not illegal.

Just ask the cops.

Unless they get caught on camera doing some naughty shit.

Nothings illegal until you get caught.
