They are growing pretty fast.

My phone is a piece of shit for anything other that taking or making calls. It's that fucking mechanical menu button at the bottom, if I put the phone in text or picture mode it's stuck. I have to shut the fucking thing off and restart it to get back to the main menu page.

I will try to get some pics soon.

Also I just found out tonight my desktop PC (actually fairly new) will not charge or download data from my phone, on any of it's USB ports. Just says "Charging of this device is not supported" and won't access the internal iPhone memory. But the seriously old laptop has no problem? I don't know WHAT that's about.

Oh I'm running 8.1 on the desktop and 10 on the laptop, but was using it with XP on the laptop for the phone long before its SS hard drive upgrade.

 

I can see the 8.1 maybe not having drivers; but none for the Windows 10 machine?

No the old laptop with W 10 works great. The solid state drive really gave it a new life.
My son said install iTunes on the desktop and it will work.
Seems kind of wonky to me.

Actually, if you do that it'll upgrade it to the newest database and (in most cases) will work ...
It's not 100%, however, it's the most logical thing to do ...

I can't really tell if it's going to charge because the phone is already fully charged, but it does show up in the This PC list and I can access the internal memory now so I guess it worked and all is good.

I guess that's about all you can ask for ...

Actually it kind of pisses me off that I had to fully install a program like iTunes to get the fucking thing to charge. I have a butt plug for the cigarette lighter in my car and it doesn't give a fuck about iTunes, the phone charges fine. So why should I have to install a bloated program (I will never use) just to get this fucking thing to send it power or recognize it as external storage on the desktop?  As far as I know there is no form of iTunes on the laptop.

Um, I have one plant that's not doing so well, but the others are doing very well. Still try to get some pics soon.

It also pisses me off that iTunes has to be running to charge the dam phone.

Install iCloud instead, if you can ...
It supercedes iTunes and a PC isn't required ...

Hahaha I went to the liquor store tonight. Of course I fucking did. And there was a pack of young kids outside 5 or 6 anyway. Trying really hard to sell me weed. I just laughed at them because I just harvested a dozen plants and told them as much. But Seriously this street market is done now that it's 100% legal in Ca. One kid even asked for a job as a bud trimmer. Hahahahaha this cracks me up.

I wanted to add something, the situation with young men today is a fucking crisis. For many there are no opportunities.   
 

A lot of kids in America have no options.
It makes a squirmy brew.

There are people fresh out of college who can't get a job ...
Those that DO get jobs, take jobs from people earning top-dollar
in their respective fields to replace them with "entry level" paid newbies ...

And, yes ...
I don't even know why there are people still selling weed on the streets nowadays  ....

Well it is much safer than dealing Cocaine, crack, heroin, or crank now. It may be legal but many people don't have an opportunity to grow themselves and going to a shop costs a premium and allows your use to be tracked.
So there will still be a street presence. I don't have a problem with people selling on the street, as long as they aren't breaking into my yard and stealing it.
