5) Avoid sudden position changes (getting up and/or moving too fast is bad [mmkay], gravity isn't your friend here) ...
6) Drink [warm] water (this is often overlooked, especially salt water) ...
7) Eat small meals frequently (keeping up blood sugar keeps up blood pressure) ...

Wear compression stockings (again, MAST [like the trousers pilots wear to avoid sudden pressure drops]) ...
