Can you please make sure Kyle and Luke sign in and confirm this? If people want to use CC points to pay for whatever I need to know pretty damn soon.
As for the itinerary, it'll probably change and peeps can jet off on side-trips so don't stress if something you want to do isn't on there.

Itinerary:
The below is the general itinerary, this may change a little but probably not by much.
31 Oct (Sat) - People arrive in groups. Call Nick when you arrive. Everyone except Brook and Dani should rent a cellphone at Narita. You all have JR Rail passes so get the JR Limited Express into Tokyo Station and catch the Yamanote to Tamachi, Nick will take you to the hotel. Groups who arrive early go to Akihabara because it's interesting on a Weekend. Group dinner somewhere
1 Nov (Sun) - Tokyo Sightseeing. All the designer shops will be open. Hot tourist spots at Akihabara, Harajuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Shinagawa Aquarium, wherever... People can go where they want because you all have cellphones. Dinner will be at a large Izakaya.
2 Nov (Mon) - Red-eye shinkansen at 7am -> Nara. Temple Hopping, drinks, dinner, onsen, Karaoke party party party... stay in Nara area.
3 Nov (Tues) - Nara -> Hiroshima. Arrive lunchtime. Go to War memorial. Dinner is Okonomiyaki and check out Hiroshima in the evening. I'll look up a cool area, but I've never been so if anyone wants to research please go ahead.
4 Nov (Wed) - Full day in Hiroshima. I haven't researched this but there will be lots to see and do with the peace parks, maybe a cool shrine, shopping etc. Picnic lunch or something. Shinkansen back to Tokyo mid afternoon. Check into hotels and dinner somewhere in Tokyo. If anyone wants to spend a night in Kyoto this is the one as Kyoto is on the way back to Tokyo. I need to know in advance to help book your accomodation for this so let me know.
5 Nov (Thu) - No real plans. Shopping, sightseeing around town somewhere. Does anyone want to go to Yasukuni shrine and upset the Chinese? Sex shops fun. In the evening go to Shibuya to have a beer at my friend Michiko's bar.
6 Nov (Fri) - If people want to go traditional then a day trip to Kamakura to the giant Bhudda (Kyle, Ian and Danni have been however...). If people want to stay in Tokyo and do crazy things then Harajuku/Shibuya/Meiji Shrine. Rent mine and Ian's friend Yusuke's restaurant for an epic last evening. Karaoke and Roppongi.
7 Nov (Sat) - recover, lunch, bye bye...
Extra items that could be put in:
a) Suicide forest... probably just a forest.
b) Miyajima - look it up on wikipedia, we could visit it while in Hiroshima
c) A night in Kyoto coming back from Hiroshima
d) I haven't planned anything to do with Music because I figure everyone is into different things and shows are expensive.
