You can change at Narita airport in the arrival line, not sure what the rate is but bring a pile of USD over and you should be fine

I still haven't done any laundry.  I spent all day hungover in bed.  It wasn't this bad this time.  I have finally figured out that 7 drinks are my absolute limit.  3 of those drinks were shots however, and that was what did me in.  I have a four drink maximum in Japan.

NICK - Holy shit! I just now realized that the Tokyo Motor Show is going on RIGHT the hell now (through Nov. 4). Have you been before? Apparently it's in "Chiba City"? Probably not anywhere close to the hotel eh?
