Yet more evidence of Thrash swinging both ways. (?)
It's not that I like it, per say; it's that I have to know it, and I have to know how to spin/mix it ...I'm ok with it when I'm actively listening to it (because I have to), and enjoy it at the time (to prevent myself from punching babies from listening to it) ...I don't go out of my way to listen to it past that, though ...I'm not a yes or no although I'm more of a NO over any other choice ...
I have no idea what current pop music is.
I don't listen to the radio at all, but Amy and her gal-pals listen to some of the new pop stuff. Lady Gaga, Lily Allen, etc. It's not my favourite music by any means but it's a lot more tolerable than pop was ten years ago, that's for sure since my girlfriend listens to it.
