Nick, the Japanese tattoo artists are word-renowned.

Do you think we could all get tattoos?

Like, maybe a little piece of sushi, to go with my cheese.

you're welcome to - you want me to set it up?

I'm banned from getting ink, too many cultural stigmas attached
Loaded-Gun.com - I don't know what the hell they are talking about or why they are even there. They don't make serious points and they don't joke, but they still manage to make a lot of posts somehow.

I'm nots sure if I'm getting the cheese or not

Re: tattoos? Reply #5 on: October 01, 2009, 12:56:46 AM
I still want to get this, maybe I could invest four hours of my time in a Japanese tattoo shop.  I think you would look like shameless racist tourist, Luke, if you asked for the sushi and I don't think the tattoo artists would be very cool towards you for asking for that either.....

Oh, I certainly wasn't being serious about getting sushi.  something else, maybe.

OH silly Japanese and their quests for animal sized sexual appendages.

Re: tattoos? Reply #10 on: October 02, 2009, 10:03:08 PM
I might get one, on the bottom of my foot or something. Astro Boy would be bad ass. It'd fit my cartoon tattoo motif.

Re: tattoos? Reply #11 on: October 02, 2009, 10:17:16 PM
I would love to see you walk around all of Japan with a fresh tattoo on the bottom of your foot.

Jap art tattoos are so dated.  Did I ever tell you guys about the time that my sister went into a tattoo shop in houston and picked some japanese word off the wall?  Well if I haven't.  Here goes:  My sister went into a tattoo shop in Houston and decided to get what she thought said music *in japanese* off the wall.  She got it done on her lower back *the tramp stamp spot*.  One day she was at the store and she bent over.  When her shirt came up, uncovering the tattoo a little, a Japanese guy walked past and started laughing.  It turns out the guy had put "Fun" instead of "Music" on her lower back.

Re: tattoos? Reply #18 on: October 06, 2009, 04:17:29 AM

This one?

It's half the word for music, you need one more character in there

The funny thing, your sister's tat can also be read as "easy". Ironic considering where she put it

Nick, I actually like that a lot! Very pretty. I'd stay away from any Japanese words/ characters, though.

Re: tattoos? Reply #22 on: October 18, 2009, 03:16:42 PM

I have really been thinking about it, and even mentioned it to my lady friend. (I would not get it on the bottom of my foot). But I don't know where I would get it, if I went through with it. I like symmetry and both shoulders already have tattoos. I definitely don't want it where it shows even with a t-shirt and shorts. So it'd be limited to my torso.

Bah. It's probably not going to happen.

Re: tattoos? Reply #23 on: October 18, 2009, 06:02:58 PM
you could get it just below the waist, right up front.  then, nickname your penis "astroboy".

Re: tattoos? Reply #24 on: October 18, 2009, 10:50:37 PM
can't you just get "I <3 ho-jo" tattooed on your dick instead?

Re: tattoos? Reply #25 on: October 19, 2009, 01:07:52 AM
If you'll suck me dry after the artist is done, sure. The expansion and contraction of my penis will make it fade fairly readily.

Re: tattoos? Reply #26 on: October 19, 2009, 03:35:01 AM
I bet you five dollars that tricky won't do this.
