i think you should wash your cooch more than once a day. i splash it with clean water after every pee. at home i have sanitary wipes to keep fresh. i hate the idea that there would ever be any sort of level of uncleanliness ever ever ever happening in my favorite place. i treat my pussy like it's my body's precious little bald princess.

You know that cleaning it too much is a bad thing too, or so I have heard.  I don't shave all the hair off either.  I also don't really give a shit about it being super fresh and clean on the rag, it seems pointless.  I have these huge blood stains on my duvet from the other nights sex sessions which I haven't cleaned and bloody hand prints on the wall which I haven't washed off either.

That bad?
I've never been all bloodied up from period sex ...

So, for tampons, do you use heavy, extra heavy, or "stuck pig" strength?

I guess you missed the micro lol on the end of that comment.

I live alone but I do shower when needed. Not every day though. I don't workout regularly and and do most of my work indoors on the PC so most days I don't even sweat once. It's not the shower that's the hardship that's a joy. I have fairly long hair and you have to sleep with that shit which has peanut oil as a base btw, all night every night for up to six weeks wearing a plastic shower cap. That's the hardship I was referring to. It's just a pain in the ass. The symptoms aren't really bad enough to justify the effort at this time.

That reminds me though I need to refill my prescription. My insurance goes up at the end of this month.
Reality; A shared narrative we all agree to believe.

aw poopies that sucks.

I have had chronic hives for the past 7 years.. been to a jillion doctors and had all kind of test done to figure out what's causing them.. the allergist said i'm allergic to myself and put me on roids.
I got fat and still had hives.

I think it had something to do with my bum ovary. I had surgery back in February and haven't had them since.

I just had a 12 day period.  I was using extra extra the whole time too.

Sometimes it's a three day period other times it's a twelve day one.  I lose and gain about ten pounds a month so that might be why, but it's really a mystery.

Daily showering removes the skin oils that help make vitamin D. Probably not a big deal in the tropics where you're likely to get more solar exposure than the rest of us. That and being generally lazy keep me from daily showering once the temp drops below 70f.

Re: More medical issues. Reply #71 on: October 26, 2009, 08:11:27 PM
Contrary to popular belief, showering daily is NOT good for your skin 'cuz it dries your natural oils, which then have to be replaced by lotions/creams (manufactured oils).

On days you don't bathe, for your "nether regions," women can rinse off (outside only) with a packaged douche; men can use a moist towelette wipe or even a clean, warm washcloth.

If all you are is Sweaty, not grimy and dirty, just a quick, cool rinse will freshen you, without drying you up.

Isn't it just daily soap-based cleansing that removes essential oils and all that? I usually alternate a full soap-wash with a morning rinse off every other day. I do use soap every time, I'm just absolutely not thorough every other time. I can tell when it's time to go all the way and lather fully by the way my hair is in the morning.

Either way - oil problems or not - I need water in my face before I have the strength to put on the 4 cups of coffee so I can jump-start my brain.

PS - When it gets damn cold that can have a definite lessening effect on my showering. On freezing days I tend to shower in the evening when I can face the cold better and get into something warm immediately afterward.

I've been showering daily for thirty some years now, and you can't convince me that soap is going to hurt me.

That's not a 'stache, it's pubes mixed in with the fecal matter I have smeared all over my face.

Seriously, do you think I should have a Dr. look at that pimple on the end of my nose? It's kinda sore.

the funny here is that i actually scrolled back up to look at the nose on that thing.

I'm now down to 10% kidney function and will likely be on dialysis before the year is out.
