so i went to the pumpkin patch to make a purchase as a 'thank you' to those kind folks for helping our dogs. the woman said,"we took them for a walk...they know a lot of girls but they don't know where they live" ...that's our boys!

I personaly doubt the rules would have changed...just the attitude towards them.

Googling this topic was not easy either, still have not found the .gov.uk site that gives the final word.

Most of the time the restriction is set by the airline, not the country of origin nor destination. It has been raised to 16 and then lifted a few times but the only restriction I can find is proof of US citizenship when travelling unaccompanied within the US.

So whatever the fuck your disagreement is, consider concession.
