Listen, that conversation would be all about planting the seed.  In another 15 years, when no one has picked up the building, the owners will think back to the guy that offered them a little less than one thousand dollars and seriously consider the sale.

Banks have always been untrustworthy. 

just because people WOULD trust them, doesn't mean the banks were DESERVING of trust.

Oh I think this one is deserving of trust. There are a load of old newspaper clippings at that website I found. Notably in relation to the Camden Central Trust we find:

Vancouver is nicer but the people in Vancouver are creepy.  They all look like they came from the same DNA pool and they refer to themselves in the third person a lot.

Yeah BC and Seattle are both on my list. Portland's not bad either and then I'm quite interested in No.Cal. generally too. I've been East far too long.

NorCal is awesome. Basically everywhere I've been from BC down to LA has been cool.
