benzodependency help. on: July 24, 2010, 09:21:59 PM

5 days, about 2 bars a day. till yesterday and today, yesterday 4, today 6. it doesnt do shit do me but im not sure how long the dependency will last if i go cold turkey after i ration my last two bars.

tips advice help?
