Brian sooner or later you're going to have to choose between Baggy and Treehugger.
Personally, I'd choose cancer.

Here's my recipe for ultra-low-carb beef fajitas:

ingredients:

-one porterhouse steak, thick-cut, approx 1.3 lbs
-liberal paprika, fresh cracked black pepper, and kosher salt
-package of shredded mexican cheese
-olive oil
-red wine vinegar
-salad makings

instructions:

-make dry rub from paprika, black pepper, salt
-rub all over porterhouse
-heat pan to sizzling
-add olive oil
-put steak in pan
-set timer to 11:00
-at 8:00, flip steak
-at 5:00, flip again, turn heat to low
-at 2:30, flip again
-at 0:30, turn heat off
-at 0:00, take steak out of pan and let sit for 10 mins.
-after 10 mins, sprinkle layer of mexican cheese over top of steak
-nuke for 20 seconds to melt cheese
-eat steak
-make and eat salad later, as desired
