i tried it yesterday, and i'm not sure but it felt like the promethazine converted dxm to dxo faster, and more intensely. i say this because it was only 240mg of dxm [100 promethazine]. i normally have to take 600 to feel dxm. i've done a little research on promethazine but i've only found its an anti-histamine...
