The rabbit was probably protecting her warren. We had one pick a fight with Angus last Spring. She was protecting her young under my workshop. It was funny to watch a bunny tackle a 100 pound dog while he's trying to poop...

I never realized that rabbits growl until my parents got one.
They also can fight with projectile urine-attacks when they're younger.

In regards that cat vs toy bunny video, my cat does that with those plastic milk pull-ties. He's crazy about them. He likes very low budget entertainment just like me.
