That's if they only have one animal, if they have three cats that $120 per night.
And I think you know I never need to buy weed, lol
But the reasoning is I can't concentrate on web page design these days and of most of those other things.
I could baby sit a couple of well behaved animals, I already do it all the time.
And what does it really involve, you live in their house, drink their beer, watch their big screen and use their internet most of the time, only duties are make sure they have food and water make sure they don't hurt each other and if dogs take them for a walk, what could be easier?

Oh and they get a house sitter for free!
