Cats are allowed, and not even chipped or controlled at all like dogs are. But despite being somewhat allergic to cats and not really being a cat person, I have a feeling that if I did try to adopt a cat it wouldn't last 5 mins among my Wild Pack of Family Dogs.

As for weird stuff, birds are allowed, and nobody really cares much if you wanna keep bugs or whatever (although in an already pretty buggy place who the fuck wants to keep extra bugs?). Reptiles/amphibians are super illegal though, especially snakes.

I haven't been able to fully potty train her yet.. it's getting annoying.

I am a badass at potty training dogs.  If they shit or piss on the ground you slap them in the face, then you rub their nose in the mess, and finally you put them in the bathroom without the lights on for 5 hours.  That teaches them pretty quick.
