I got a little under 10 lbs of gorgeous tenderloin the other day, bbq'd 'em with a salt, black pepper and paprika crust, just to a perfect medium rare. God, they were amazing. We chopped each of the steaks into a bunch of much smaller pieces so they were easier to distribute and we fucking devoured that shit. I don't think anyone even put any on a plate.
