When you get older it isn't about bulking up, it's about maintaining flexibility.
I don't know if any of you have heard of "crawling through the stick."
What we used to call it.
Start by holding a broom stick (or similar) grasped by both hands behind your back. Bring it to your front over your head WITHOUT letting go of either end. Your hands are now in a very difficult position. You have to bring it to the front by bringing your arms over your head to the front then wrapping your leg over your arm and inside of the stick and then crossing your body (stick across your back) to get to the other leg, step out with the bar in front of you and your hands in their original comfortable orientation. Then reverse the process back to your starting position.
You must not lose control of either end of the stick.
I use to be able to do this quite easily, but I bet I would do irreparable damage if I tried it right now.
