All of what he said plus the most important one:
> Get instruction on correct posture for each exercise before you lift heavy weights on it. It will help eliminate injuries (it's so easy to fuck your back on just about any exercise) and you'll get more out of lower weights than the gorilla's in the corner.
I'm kind of end rounding the trainer deal as I am working out with my cohort from the station. He hired his own trainer back when he was 318. He then worked with this guy for nine months and lost 122lbs and toned up nicely. Since then, he got lazy and put back on 60lbs. Since we constantly rag on each other, no matter how fun it is, that will serve as motivation between the two of us. We live to rag. I guess that makes us honorary catty young women. Or at least, if we ragged to live.
All useless jokes, aside. He's got a good grasp on nutrition and the work out routine, but it's always good to hear other points of view and experience.
And since I am on a renal diet, there isn't any booze or really unhealthy food to speak of.
