WOW. i know a few skanks, but they don't speak for all of us. And thank's we do not talk funny. Dylan seems to think we do. I go other states, and don't see a difference. I know i don't sound like a straight up white chick or anything, but that's because In my life, I have had only a few white friends, and been living in the same neighborhood for 17 years where whites are the minority. 98% of my friends are black, and I even have black family members. I don't think it's just me though. we have different slangs, yeah, but not a funny accent.
