Erm, it's 9 in the morning. I don't think I've ever drank at 9 in the morning. I am, however, getting my speed today and plan to be up for a few more days.

Yeah I meant to say something to you. Veggie hotdogs and sauerkraut? I made an eggplant parm with spaghetti, marinara and garlic bread for supper that Tony Soprano would bust a cap in AJ for... dripping in melted provolone and asiago.

Yeah, I've been being really strict in keeping my caloric intake between 1700-1800 per day. I went out the past two nights and threw that off with another 1,000-1,200 calories of beer over both days. But I couldn't go to a strip club or bowling without drinking...

I might give myself 1 day per week that I don't count calories since I'll be able to start training again next week.
